3. Build a double-row floor frame less than 50m high, which shall be reviewed by the technical director of the project for the first time, reviewed by the technical management department of the preparation unit, approved by the technical director of the preparation unit, and submitted to the chief supervision engineer of the project for approval and signature;

4. The outer frame construction scheme completed by the professional subcontractor must be submitted to the general contractor for review. The content of the review includes the qualification of the professional subcontractor, the qualification of the compiler, whether it has been demonstrated by experts, whether it has been modified according to the requirements of the demonstration, whether the signature of the compiler is true, and whether the unit uses the seal to comply with the regulations. The review procedure is the first review by the project manager department, the review by the technical management department of the general contractor, and the approval by the technical head of the general contractor;

5. The outer frame construction scheme shall be submitted to the chief supervision engineer for approval after being approved by the general contractor, and then put on record according to the requirements of the local construction administrative department

6. Materials, components and fittings used for shelf installation, such as frame pipe, fastener, safety net, foot plate, steel wire rope, steel, round steel and electric hoist used as sling ring or anchor ring must be inspected according to the relevant national standards and specifications, and qualified can be put into use;

7. Before the erection of the outer frame, the outer frame construction scheme compiler must disclose the scheme to the outer frame construction workers, and the construction workers must disclose the safety technology to the work team. During the disclosure, the full-time safety officer of the project will participate in the supervision of the whole process. After the disclosure, both parties and the supervisor must sign the statement, and the statement will be kept by both parties and the supervisor.

8. The outer frame shall be built by qualified personnel according to the approved construction plan of the outer frame. After the construction of the outer frame is completed, the project production manager shall organize the program maker, outer frame construction personnel, full-time safety personnel and outer frame operation team leader to check and accept the outer frame, and keep relevant acceptance records. It can be put into use after qualified acceptance;

9. Before the outer frame is put into use, the outer frame scheme maker shall make the outer frame use safety disclosure to the construction personnel and the outer frame using team, and form the disclosure record;

10. During the use of the outer frame, the construction personnel who manage the outer frame shall carry out daily inspection on the use of the outer frame. It is forbidden to arbitrarily change the outer frame, dismantle the auxiliary facilities and other unsafe behaviors. Find problems, timely disposal;

11. Before the demolition of the outer frame, the outer frame scheme maker shall disclose the safety technology of the outer frame demolition to the construction personnel and operation teams responsible for the demolition of the outer frame. When the outer frame is dismantled, it shall be carried out by personnel with corresponding qualifications according to the requirements of the scheme.
